Overclocking Venis Amd Athlon 3400+ question?

with the standard 5000rpm cooling fan, copper plate on bottom of heatsink, Venis amd athlon 3400+ running factory 2.2ghz. I would like to get max. performance out of this cpu without having to buy heatsink's, fans, etc...working with what I have now, what would be the highest settings I could go without windows, and games acting wierd on me...? My Motherboard system specs are...

Asrock K8-Upgrade VM800 Motherboard socket 754

Venis AMD Athlon 32/64 3400+ running 2.2g.

aluminum heatsink with embedded copper bottom...

5000rpm cpu fan, 7000rpm side exhaust fan

3200rpm front fan, 3200rpm rear fan (tower case fans)

current cpu temp is 40 deg.C 140deg.F

Overclocking Venis Amd Athlon 3400+ question?
probs 2.8 ghz but try going up .1 ghz and see what temp she runs at dont let her get to hot tho and if it runs fine on 2.3 then try 2.4 and keep going til about 2.8 then stop!
