CPU overheating. Check for adequate cooling. Make sure the fan is working properly. Also check that your CPU and RAM are both properly inserted.
Reply:Bad power supply
Reply:If your computer hangs or reboots while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes. Detailed instructions at http://tinyurl.com/yk5zpr
Reply:check out the capaseters of motherboard its the problem of ur mboard its sure repair it and it works
Reply:I would go with the PSU. but it could be many thing. You gave lots of info but without the ability to see into your PC and test things on a test PC I cannot give 100% answers. Could be the mobo , PSU , perhaps the processor. If it was the ram only or video card only it should still come on. Could it be a bad wire?? I would bring it in to a tech do you have any warranty. You should have at least 400watt PSU for that setup.

Something could be lose like a wire or hardware too.
