The best way to burn up and expensive CPU and damage a main board is to OVERCLOCK IT. Just don't do it. The best way to enhance the performace of your machine is to add RAM. Lot's of it. 4 Gigs if your wallet can stand it. Once that's done, go into your windows control panel and turn off the swap files.

You could go into the Bios and selct the "load optimized settings" function. The settings you are showing are pretty much the "failsafe" ones that are slow. I do not recommend tweaking out the CPU settings at all. You could try tweaking the "clocks" settings, but only one at a time and only one "notch" at a time. But, first, try the optimized settings.
Reply:increase the cpu multiplier or the frequency, its usually in frequency and power
